Yuck.And besides - why would you want to dirty yet another dish to make pancakes? Much easier to wash a measuring cup or scoop than a squeeze bottle!
Yeah, I'm leaning towards yuck. It initially seems brilliant, but I keep thinking the batter looks like glue, which makes it totally yucky.
