White + Gold = Chic

There's something about white and gold as a color combo that seems so chic right now. I know that gold has been on it's way back for a while now, but the more surprising color is white. I'll often find great vintage furniture at thrift stores and think to myself, "...this would be great painted a glossy white". Michael will then come over and say, "that would be great painted glossy white". We both have a similar eye when it comes to design, but more than that, I think white and gold are in the zeitgeist.
