Have you ever wondered about the difference between seltzer water and club soda?Well, I have not. Usually I choose Pellegrino. But I couldn’t find the Pellegrino at Von’s the other day. All they had was the Safeway brand Club soda and Seltzer Water…
So I bought them both! And after a taste test, I choose Seltzer Water! It has way more bubbles and they are a lot busier bubbling all around than those in the Club Soda…. And according to the label, Club Soda has salt in it, boo!

they are made different. seltzer water injects carbon dioxide into the water. club soda dissolves bicarbonate of soda into the water (hence the sodium content).
