That Mark Bittman really knows his shit. I'm a huge fan of his Minimalist column in the NY Times. I've recently been on a shrimp kick, so when looking for a recipe I went straight to him.
This recipe is for spicy grilled or broiled shrimp, and let me tell you, it's fantastic! I added a bit more lime than the recipe called for, and I also added chopped cilantro which really helped to round out the flavors. This is a perfect recipe for entertaining because it's super-easy to make!
