so my good friend Dan Partridge told me about this movie, Payday. It's super sweet. First of all, check out the tagline - "If you can't smoke it, drink it, spend it or love it... forget it" -

This movie blew my mind! Rip Torn plays this crazy and all messed up country singer on tour with his band in the Deep South, circa 1970.. The movie is real rough and hard and beautiful to look at, featuring sex, booze, pills and one fine young Hot Tamale, Rip Torn. Who even KNEW that he used to be all young and sexy?
