Gourmet Food Trucks Captivate Los Angeles Dining Scene

There seems to be a food truck renaissance happening in Los Angeles at the moment. Organic italian, free-range hot dogs, and the behemoth of them all, Korean BBQ tacos are invading the city of angels and captivating our culinary imaginations like very few other foods have in the past. We're talking a 2 hour wait for a taco!

Jonathan Gold, Pulitzer prize winning food critic for the LA Weekly, takes on the big guy on the street, Kogi Korean BBQ Taco.

Anyone had the Korean BBQ Taco? What were your impressions? I'm dying to know!

It's fun, but is it good? The idea of a Kimchi quesadilla just sounds awful to me. Will def give it a try though.
