Simple and Classic
I have a soft spot for the barefoot contessa. I think she exemplifies what I love about cooking: simple, classic, elegant! I love that she makes classic recipes, with simple flavors, yet manages to make them elegant and sophisticated.Her new cookbook, Back to Basics, is no exception. The book is chock-full of easy and delicious recipes, plus a whole series of tips on cooking and entertaining, making this a wonderful addition to her series of cookbooks. I'm definitely adding this one to my ULTIMATE COOKBOOK LIST!
