OMG! I think I'm in love. I just found this site that makes flavor charts based on molecular properties. As an artist, I've always been more of a visual person, and this site is really made for people like me. If you're into the molecular gastronomy thing, then this site is for you! What I like the best, is that you can pick an ingredient and see which other ingredients share molecular flavor properties, which can then aide you in creating recipes! Genius. Check it out!
